Gallery problem

My phone seems to be able to read VIDEOS in Xperia Gallery, But pictures are unreadable in BOTH Xperia Gallery and Gallery? Any idea what could be the problem? Songs are fine. When I press on Gallery, it says "No external storage available". I have tries restarting my phone and opt to using Astro. Neither works. HELP!! ><</p>

PS: Phone is in ICS system.

HAve you recently upgraded to ICS and the problem appeared ? Run the PC companion and do an repair.

Can you access your SD card with Astro? can you see the picture folder? can you open a picture? if you don't test your SD card on another phone
