Will we receive another different update for Sony Xperia S? Kit Kat?

I see in many blogs, that sony wants to update his mid-ranges devices... That it's true?

That is indeed the latest update, there is no news on any future major updates, Sony said is testing other Xperias to update them to 4.3, there aren't any news on kitkat at the moment, it hasn't even been released yet. 

My opinion is that the Xperia S is not going to get kitkat, but we have to wait for official posts on the official news blog.

My guess is that the only updates we will get will be firmware updates,not major updates to 4.3 or higher.
