Full screen camera in 8MP

Full screen camera works when I choose 5MP, But not working when I choose 8MP.

Expected or Issue?

As I understand the different MP mode comes in different display formats. If i'm not mistaken in this case 5MP is 16:9 and 8MP 4:3.
