Full HD 1080p video recording is not at all smooth on my xperia p?

The Full HD videos taken from my xperia p are laggy & not at all smooth.It's like after every 5 sceonds of recording video stuck for 1 second than again it record fine video for 5 second & stuck for a second & so on.So what should i do to record my Full HD video without any lag?

I thought rooting will allow me to install new app as you told before but now it's getting pretty complicated. CWM recovery requires stock ics ROM.So does it compatible with jellybean? Album app is whopping 49 mb where as my current album app is buggy but only takes 11 mb of space.

there are two ways to insall an app .. one is pusing the apk file to the folder "system/apps" and setting its permission as 644(u need root explorer to go to this folder) , second is flashing thro cwm .. jus install the cwm which i gave and s that is compatible with jb,, i am doing with that only .. surely its not 49 mb which version did u download ?? the latest one is jus 14 mb version no is 5.2.a.0.6 i guess ,, not complicated unless u try bro !! ..

Ok.I will give a try. Do you know how to use small apps on my xperia P? I just don't want to flash custom rom so early.So is there any app to enable small apps?

 I have found this link on xda dev about small app but don't know where to start.
