Full HD 1080p video recording is not at all smooth on my xperia p?

The Full HD videos taken from my xperia p are laggy & not at all smooth.It's like after every 5 sceonds of recording video stuck for 1 second than again it record fine video for 5 second & stuck for a second & so on.So what should i do to record my Full HD video without any lag?

I had one topic on the same issue,phone lagged on 1080p videos,also having some kind of restart problem when stopping the recording.Nobody answered anyway.It is software issue nevertheless.

Rooting is pretty much confusing for begginers even though there is detail information on xda forum.

There is easy method available on xda if you are on jb 6.2.A.1.100 you can use the one click method by doomlord.

no confusion at all .. go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335992 download the v14 .. 

enable usb debugging in mobile and also under settings enable unknown sources

now unzip the downloaded file and click on install.bat

it process and then it ll ask you to type 3 lines jus type it 

u r done .. successfully rooted !!

to unroot your device if your fear of warranty (but rooting doesnt void warranty) , connect your mob to pc with PCC or SUS and update .. now u r  unrooted !!

Whenever i try something new it always go wrong.Therefore i am not taking any risk. But still i will make some research & than try to root my phone by method given by you.Thanks guys. And why download version 14 when version 17 is available?

v14 is for xperia p !! and u should be on the latest .100 update .. this process will never go wrong ..

I have followed method given by doomlord but how should i get to know that my device is now rooted? How can i uninstall my old camera & album app & install latest one?

check whethere u have super su app in your device , then your r rooted .. to install apps or mods u need to install cwm , its a recovery .. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2020895 ,, now install this .. then for latest album go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2378816 download it and put it on your sd card, and enter cwm (to enter cwm switch off device, the switch on and as soon as screen starts press repeatedly the vol down key to enter cwm) and "install zip from sd card" now choose the path and click ok ,, for camera  http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2344801 here, u need to download two files and follow the instrutions in the thread .. wipe cach, dalvik cache everthing is done in cwm ..
