Front camera doesn't work, camera flash works but torch doesn't

Hi guys,
For some reason my forward "selfie" camera doesn't work. I tried to reboot in safe mode and still no icon. Sony told me to do a restore which wiped my personal data but still hasn't solved the problem.
The camera flash works, but the torch function from the camera or the icon doesn't work.
Any ideas?
