When I move my files to the sd card to free up internal memory in the phone, my internal memory remains the same, so I dont get any free space even when all the files I moved are already in my sd card. I hope someone can help me.
Thanks
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
When you go to Settings > Storage, you should see a colorful bar, this bar indicates what the internal storage has loaded on to it, are you able to clarify what is being used the most?
Can you also clarify how you moved the content from the internal storage to the SD card, was this done within Storage > Transfer Data to SD Card?
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi
Yes I see the colorful bar, the pictures and videos are using using about 180 MB when I only have a couple of pictures and none video, this 180 MB where reached when I had other pictures and videos but I transfer all this media to my SD card with the option "Transfer data to SD" I even Unmount my SD card but my internal storage used in "pictures and videos" remains the same. Sorry about the redaction but English isn´t my native languagE
Thanks.
Ok, that would indicate that the media contents was not moved to the SD card if it still shows media in the internal.
When you press on Transfer data to SD, do you still get the option to transfer data, or does it say there is nothing to transfer?

When I press on Transfer data theres no files to send
I would suggest u to backup all imp data and perform a factory reset. It helped me.
