Dear Sir,

Please check what Sony in Lebanon is showing as a demo phone and check out what they are actually selling.

please note that all phones are like the left one,

No protection screen, no Cover, Display is the same, same configuration, same brightness and this is the huge difference.

i think it might be this: when you change the brightness of the display you have a square down which you can tick to change the brightness automatically. untick it and then try to compare it again, if it doesn't look the same it means that or your phone is broken or that the phone they are using have something else and that would be just wrong

This isn't fraud.

The phone on display is plugged into a charger and is cranked up to full brightness, the phone on the left is on battery and has the brightness turned down.

Show both phones with the brightness settings turned up to max with the 'Adapt to lighting conditions' tick box unticked.
