forwarded call notification

when I receive forward call, I got a less than two seconds notification on the screen that this is a forwarded call.
if I am not looking to the phone at the moment it starts calling I will not know.
Also there nothing in the call log to show this call is forwarded or direct.
Is there way around for this problem.
My phone 📱 is Z3 dual.

I will only go by guessing you might have smart call handling enabled.

Boot on safe mode and place a call.

I did.

I boot in safe mode. Still the same problem.
The "forwarded call incoming" notification appear in v.short time. You can't see unless the phone already in your hand.

As you say, when you receive a call that has been forwarded you will only see information about this see for a couple of seconds when it starts ringing. The call list will not show if a received call was forwarded and i'm afraid i don't know of any way to change this.
