forgotten screen lock password

Hi,

I had locked my phone's screen with a new password to prevent kids playing with it when I had to leave the phone at a public charger. I generally use my phone without any passwords but when i had to use one, I used a new password and struggling to remember it. I have tried almost all combinations but was in vain. I tried connecting the phone with PC suite to format the phone but still it is asking me to unlock the screen to format it. Someone please help. :smileycry::smileycry::smileyconfused:

You need to download SUS and repair:

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

When using either the Update Service or PC Companion, make sure to have the handset turned off and disconnected until the last step. The last step is always advises how to connect the handset.
