You can try unlocking your phone by using MyXperia to change your screen lock code as described here: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-unlock-a-phone-w-o-reseting-reformating-the-phone/m-p/92729...

If you haven't enabled MyXperia you can also perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, though this will erase all data stored in your phone.
