Forgot the code

I had a code to unlock my phone, it worked at first place. But I deactivated it, and today I activated it again, but it tells me that Im writin the wrong code! I really don't know what to do, hope you guys can help

reset the phone using PC Companion

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS
