Forgot phone password

my phone is a Xperia E, they put a password in the lock screen and I do not remember, in what way can I recover or, do hard reset?

Keep trying to enter the password, you can reset it with your gmail account, if not then you will have to reset your phone

If you do not have internet on,you cannot recover via gmail.In this case,you need to repair via sony update service:
