or  you can try to enter the password wrongly for several attempts then the device will ask you to unlock using your google account, make sure you are connected to network/wifi while doing this.

@nolramlb I'm afraid that isn't available anymore. The options has been removed with 5.0.

oh yeah i tried it, it just indicates how many times i entered wrongly. this is sad
