Forcing restart almost everyday

Lately my phone often freezes and causes me to force a restart almost everyday. My phone freezes suddenly when I was gaming or when I was using NeoReader, the QR code scanner. Any way to overcome this issue ? It really irritates me a lot 😕

This sounds like an issue with these applications specifically and as such I would advise running an update/repair to reload the firmware:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Well... Chien... Did the Reapair process via SPCC work?!

Nope, I didn't repair my phone, but I updated to JB instead
