flashtool connection problems

Hello everybody

I'm trying to flash my phone but I'm having problems connecting it to the computer. 

Whenever i try to connect the phone to the computer ( using the the volume down key and connecting the cable) the computer gives a sign that a device is connected, and after 5 seconds gives another sign that a device as been disconnected. It also displays a message that the deviced could not be recognized.

On the smartphone, the green led turns on, and after 5 seconds, it goes off and the sony logo is displayed followed by the charging sign.

I don't think its a driver related problem because it appears to me, that it is the phone that doesn't stay connected in flashmode, but none the less, if someone could give me a usefull link to get the right drivers it would be awesome. Google hasn't been my best friend in this subject.

You are missing the drivers

on the flashtool folder > look for the drivers and install them
