Hello admin. What happen to my Xperia V when I flashing ftf file?. Is that any negative effects?

Just create a backup of your original firmware, do not unlock your bootloader (you do not have to do so), in some countries and/or with certain carriers it could void your warranty

Is that true when I flashing ftf can mess up future updates?

No, as long as you don't unlock the bootloader you will get updates ,but not based on your original firmware but the new ftf

I'm flashing Singapore ftf file and I'm live in Malaysia...Is that true I can still get the future updates in Malaysia?. Please answer.

You will get updates based on the new firmware, in this case Singapore's updates
