Flashed wrong software using Flashtool, phone doesn't start

my phone just try to open it its show sony logo and restart again its not start up anymore can someone help me to make it work i just did something wrong

i download program called flashtool and i made flash for file which is 21 mb and its wrong i suppose to make flash for file which is 786 mb i think so i did mistake and i dont know what to do to make my phone work again

I suggest that you try to repair/reinstall your phone using the program Update Service:

Install,backup your important data with PC companion or myphone explorer.

honestly its so hard to understand too much things and i try once and as u see my phone not working anymore

alot of people just explain many things and alot of things to download and thats what i did

i download the flashtool and FTF file which is 21 mb and i really need easy step i mean right steps

If its 21mb you are downloading the wrong file... It should be >800 mb....
