Flashed firmware

how can i revert back my flashed phone? factory reset is not working.

If you flashed,just download SUS:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

It will install latest firmware available.

didnt work im still on 17.1.A.2.69 build number

before i already had .402, then i flashed a firmware for d6503 model, then i looked for a d6502 firmware and thats the latest i saw, i was hoping to have .402 again

I think it depends on what customization number you have.Check here the latest update:
