flash player

i have a xperia neo v

i updated android to ice cream(android 4)

i installed flash player 11 but it cannot work

and when i want to watch video on web this massage showed " sorry,this video cannot to played"

i repair the android  twice but it didn't work

flash files on web show like Cubic with ?

please help me

Its all because of the updated version of the flash player, it happens to my DROID razr too, just install an older version of flash player like 10.2 and your videos will stream fine
