Flaps-seals

The rubber seal in the USB port flap is a little bit loose
I don't want to get it under water so it may leaks water in..
Does the warranty cover that flap?
If not, how much does it cost to change it? And is the phone needed to be disassembled?

and no the flaps if turned to face the right direction can be pulled out and replaced
