flap issue

The flap covering the Micro USB card and micro sim slot gets detch easily every minute. It's really annoying to manually close back the port every single time

Mine are pretty solid, have yours always been loose?

Assuming you're pressing them in firmly so that they are flush with the frame, I would say you need a repair/exchange.
