After the latest update 253 xperia z's camera appears an error message on the screen and doesn't start

Try this:

Go to settings, apps, go to all, open "Camera" and press "Clear data".

Now try again and see if the problem still persists.

I made these  steps but nothing has changed the camera doesn't work

Tried to remove/insert SD-card?  Tried without SD-card?

If problem persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software via Sony PC Companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

I tried to repair my phone as you tellme via pc companion but in addition to all my filles deleted from my phone and the problem still remains the camera doesn't works  Maybe is broken?

Ok, yes it sounds like something has happened to the hardware.

I recommend that you contact your local support for further information

on how to send it in to a repair center for investigation:
