Firmware compatibility issue of w595 with HPM-85 handsfree.

Hey Ericsson, There`s a firmware compatibility  issue of w595 with HPM-85 handsfree. Everytime i connect HPM-85  handsfree to my w595 for listining to music, the walkman application  pops up with an error message saying "Playback Failed", also,  sometimes the handsfree gets disconnected automatically from the  firmware and ...shows a message asking, "Continue Playback  Through Speakers" (the firmware disconnects the handsfree  automatically even when the handsfree is pluged into the phone).

I  checked my HPM- 85 handsfree on other sony ericsson phones and turned out  that it works fine with no problems mentioned above.

Also, i  looked up using the handsfree which came with the phone to make sure if my phone had any issue, and it had  no problems as above.

So i guess its a firmware compatibility  issue with HPM-85. I request you to get this issue notified to the  sony ericsson firmware developers team to fix this bug asap and  release a new firmware update.

Have you tried updating the firmware on your W595?

To be able to look into your issue further, I would need to know which firmware your phone has currently.

The problems which i mentioned were observed by me on an average of 4 times a day.Hey, this is my current updated software version 1205-5129 R3EG004091021. I also tried formatting my memory card and changed the audio codecs from mp3 to m4a(itunes format) with the help of i tunes software but the problem still exists. Im tired of sony ericsson now....

same Issue with Sony Ericsson ELM and Headset HPM-85.

Even after updating the Phone to the latest Firmware didn't solve the problem. Headset disconnects after a while

which makes the headset unusable.

Is this a known issue now?
