Fingerprint service crashing

I want to enable the fingerprint login feature. But at the step where you need to place your thumb on the sensor the service crashes. I cant use the fingerprint login now.
Anybody know how to solve the problem?

Go to settings-apps-all, look for fingerprint app and force stop and clear data. Try again.

It now says there is a problem, sensor isnt clean, u pressed to hard and you didnt press. When i press try again it Just skips right back to the problems

So now it crashes again? Have you tried to clean your hands, make sure you are not sweating. If the problem continues, you should contact your Local support.

ye i didnt even touch the sensor and it already says there is a problem. its in like 0.2 sec.
