Fingerprint recognition problem!

I have a serious problem with the Z5.
I'm not the only one to experience this problem.

Until now, technical support asks me to do testing, but I'm not a tester! Sony has enough phones to find a solution

The scanner works awesome here. 

In the only scenario you'll have some problems is when your finger is sweaty. The sensor won't detect your fingerprint if it's weat.

No, I do not agree with this answer. Even when my fingers are clean, it does not always work! When the problem occurs, it sometimes lasts for more than one hour. My fingers do not sweat for 1 hour!

I have the same Problem with my Xpz5.

Ive also performed the repair software. Please Please bring an update for the Issue.

Since the last update, it´s just annoying.

Well I wasn't saying it works awesome in every cases. Just in my case. I only have problems when my finger is sweaty (which happens a lot of times during the day). 

One tip is to add many fingers using the same thumb, one pushing soft, one pushing hard, etc.

You confirm to me that the software repair has solved your problem? The problem is never returned? Since when did you make this repair?

I added the same finger 3 times, it changes nothing. When the player wants more, he accepts no footprints (reminder)

You could try a reboot. If not take it to the shop and show them, perhaps someone there can see if you are doing something wrong.
