Finally got a solution for the notification (Message tone) problem.

i found my own way of getting my message tone.

Before carrying out this process. USE ANY FILE EXPLORER AND DELETE A FOLDER NAME CALLED "NOTIFICATIONS". AFTER DOING SO RESTART YOUR MOBILE. AFTER RESTRARTING GO TO "SETTINGS-SOUND-DEFAULT NOTIFICATION-SELECT NONE" after doing that Download a app called USSD BLOCKER from play store. Install the app then select the option ENABLE BLOCK OR TICK THAT OPTION . THEN RESTART YOUR MOBILE once you have restarted your mobile. Go to "MESSAGES-SETTINGS-NOTIFICATION TONE(YOUR CHOICE)". ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR THE MESSAGE ALERT YOU'LL GET THE TONE. YOU WON'T GET ANY PROBLEM.
