I'm getting a FC in Settings after selecting "Language and Input". It has happened since the JB 4.3 update and the latest one doesn't seem to fix it. Any solutions/workabouts for this issue?

On JB 4.1.2, I could enable/disable third party-keyboard apps through "Language and Input".
After upgrading to JB 4.3, I could not access it through Settings and it will give a FC message saying that "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped."
Goto setting>apps>all find setting clear cache and data...force stop then reboot your phone
