What have you tried so far? At first I would recommend you to delete the Facebook inside Xperia from Menu > Settings > Accounts and sync, restart the phone and add it again. After that you open up the Facebook app in phone and open up your friends list so the phone loads the pictures. When all this is done you should have your contact pictures back in place.
