favourite playlist

Hi, please could someone tell me how to add songs to the Walkmans favourite playlist. I do a lot of running and this is the only playlist that the running apps pick up. I've spoken to Sony and O2 and believe it or not, no one knows.

Any help would be great. My phone is a Z1

Hi, thank you for taking the time to answer, however there's no + sign anywhere. I was told to touch the cover pic of a song that I want to add to the playlist. Then I would be given 3 options. 1 thumbs up to like on fb. 2 add to a playlist but the favourite one is not showing. 3 star sign which is the one that will allow me to add to this playlist. Sadly I only get option 1 and 2

Or when you listen to a song,tap longer on album art and release.You will get more options there.

If you do not get the star,try settings-apps-all-walkman,clear data for both apps.Restart the phone.

Still no joy, will take it into a o2 shop, see if they can show me how to do it. Maybe there's a software issue?

I cannot understand what software issue,maybe modified software from O2.Did you check other devices from them?
