Faulty charging point on Experia M4 aqua

Faulty charging point on Experia M4 aqua

I have had my M4 Aqua for about 4-5 months now and in that time my charging point has been giving me grief, when I put the correct charger (Sony's own I might add)the charging point itself is to big and the charger moves about, one of the connections within has for some reason dropped therefore my phone charges when I put it in a set position, now considering my phone is still under warranty will Sony give me a replacement phone whilst they either fix the issue or not, I use my phone it is my life everything is on there or backed up but that is not the point, I bought a brand new phone not a refurbished one yet it feels like second hand. I don't know what to do there are a fair few issues such as the os and inbuilt apps take up nearly 6 gig of my internal space it freezes and crashes when it wants and considering it is meant to have an October core processor it's **bleep** plain and simple why put a load of apps I won't even consider using I used to love my w950i then I went onto the big Experia arc, not an issue this one isn't worth a **bleep**

I'm sorry to hear that, anything regarding warranty has to be dealt with your Local support as this is a user based forum.

I was just having a rant as I feel let down by Sony, is there any way I can unintelligible the previous installed apps I don't want or us,

Oops that was meant to be uninstall

are you referring to the preloaded apps? if you are then you will need root access.

Check the XDA forum, that's the place to go regarding this.
