90% of the time the phone works fine, 10% of the time I have a problem.
I press the power key at the top right, the phone lights up with the keypad to input my passcode. Then when I type my code nothing happens. I press the code over and over and it does not respond. If I leave the phone 10 minutes it will work next time, and other times I press the power button on and off for 5 minutes and it works. The other problem related to this, is that sometimes I get a phone call, I go to swipe the green block to answer, and again the touch screen does not respond and I can not answer the call.
Any ideas on whats wrong with it?
I have recently done a factory reset and still have the same problem.
