Fast Snap Issue

Fast snap in my xperia u is not working. Or ?? how to do that. I just pressed Camera key in sleep mode for long time but camera not started. I also enable quick launch in camera option. Do i need to do any changes indeed

i think theres people already complaining how slow because when i press camera button to load it takes about 5-10sec to load

Restart the phone and try again....i just got this problem once but now it's fine...!!
It takes 2-3 seconds to go from sleep mode to snap mode in my phone...!!
