I brought my sony phone (xperia zr) in june 2013 and it developed A crack from front camera to left corner in a shape of arc. Due to this crack half of the touchscreen stoped working. I thought that it could be repaired for some money but I got to know that sony in india could not get its phone repaired. They would just replace your phone (not with a new one but with an older one) and take 50 percent of ur phones cost to get it replaced. That is pathetic. I collected money to buy this phone and it is so disgusting to know that my phone could not be repaired. I suggest you all not to buy sony phones untill sony service in india comes with a repair solution for its phones.
The service is just so much crap. It will bring sony to a downfall in india.
