Hello, i am trying to repair my phone through ''PC Companion''. However, when i reach the step, when i need to connect the phone to USB cable, while holding the volume down button. The phone only stays in flashmode for 5 seconds, then goes back into charge mode. In device manager, theres no unidentified devices.
I cant access the phone, because the pin code does not work.
So i need to factory reset the phone. The phone is Xperia S. Can anyone help me?
