I have bought Xperia pro in 3 weeks back... Now facing the problem of Front camera only..
Front camera is not working at all (Blank screen)... Main camera is perfectly working
Some times it gives error message "process.com.sonyericsson.android.camera" & ask for forced stop..
Can you help me pls.. As i dont understand that how the problem occurs with Brand New SE Xperia Pro..
This seems as though it is related to software on the device, I suggest performing a repair on the handset using the Update Service or PC Companion software. I have supplied a link below which will allow you to download the software required to perform this task,

Please be aware that this will remove all data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or Memory stick.

I tried both the links... updated / reinstalled latest software but still front camera is giving same problem i.e. (Blank screen. but it enters in front camera mode)
what to do..???
I see, unfortunately if re installing the software has not resolved the issue it may be related to a hardware fault. I can only suggest that you get the handset back to the place of purchase or to one of our repair agents directly.
Ok. I will do it..
But want to know that.. Can I get the replacement of handset.. As it has just 3 weeks back purchased... And camera could be previously problematic only.. but i may came to know lateron.. as i was not using front camera at all...
If the handset is only three weeks old I suggest speaking with the place of purchase as they should be able to help in this matter based on there in store policies.
