Facing Problem with Android 2.3.2

Hi All,

I am using Android version 2.3.2 on my Sony Ericsson Xperia ARC, I am facing few problems:

1. Sometime the phone getting hanged(but this happens very rare).

2. I am not able to use "join contacts", everytime I use this feature it is giving error "The Application Contacts has stopped unexpectedly". Please HELP.

3. I am not able to upgrade my Android version 2.3.2 to 4.0 using "PC Companion", It is unable to connect to the phone, but I can access all my files on the phone through my Laptop. I have tried everything, connecting-disconnecting & MTP. Please HELP.........

Hi, I believe that your Xperia Arc is running on Android 2.3.3 when you bought it.

Not sure what kind of problem you had while updating using PC Companion, you may want to try SE Update Service (provided that the update is available). Here's the download link, http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1317636927/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe.

Hopefully your other problems will be resolved after updated to Android 2.3.4.
