Facebook with Xperia not working

Ever since I bought my Xperia SP, I had been using the Facebook app for posting status and pics. Then one day, I saw someone's pics had "via Sony Xperia Smartphone" added to the description. I came to know that sharing the pic directly from Album app adds that line to the description. I have been trying to do that but I am being unsuccessful. At first, a message pops up saying "Upload Started. Check Notification Bar", then when I go to Notification Bar, there's a red triangle and the error message, "Could not upload. Tap to try again". I tried uninstalling and re-installing Facebook App, Removing and Re-adding Xperia with Facebook Account and changing the Xperia App settings from Desktop Facebook. Still no luck. After googling, I found that even resetting the phone didnt help many people who are having the same problem. If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know

Do you have both accounts set up? Facebook and Xperia with Facebook? When you`re adding Xperia with Facebook you get redirected to page where you need to allow your Xperia to access Facebook. You can check if the process was succcesfull by going to Facebook app settings page and checking if you have "Sony Xperia™ smartphone" there (like on pic below).

I have added both accounts, Sony Xperia Smartphone does show up in apps list. But when adding an Xperia account, the permission windows pops up and disappears and the Like Sony Mobile screen appears. Whenever I try to upload a pic, the upload completes and then the error appears. My guess is that Facebook is not giving my phone permission

I have similar problem on my z2
After the update i can't post pictures using xperia with facebook.
Everytime i try, the app crashes with an error message "unfortunately, xperia share has stopped working"
I also have its screen recording
