Facebook updates

I had a Facebook update a day or so ago and since then I am getting every single update from my friends .. while i do enjoy catching up I don't want to receive these. I can't remember how to stop them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you mean the notifications just open your facebook acount , go acount settings and disable notifications

Thanks for that. Thats what I meant but said so badly lol.. I just couldn't remember where to turn off the notifications. When Facebook updated it must of defaulted to on.
