Facebook status update issues

I am unable to update my status on Facebok from my xperia t smartphone.This is now working via time line only, it was working until the 2nd last software update. i have tried loadig unloading updates etc etc logingin/out, nothing works any clues?

Hi,

this is nothing Sony specific. It's a Facebook-Problem since release of their newest "native" Facebook-App. People are complaining about this in many provider support boards, like the feedback community of Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile Germany.

It seems like facebook or their major ISP made some changes on their network and now packets are rejected because of the MTU size used in mobile networks (1500). If you try using the facebook app via WLAN, it will work properly.
