Everytime I upload a photo on facebook, the effects/contrasts/brightness etc. is really different on the computer. On the phone (xperia z1) it's perfect.

That's normal, on your phone you see the picture with X-reality for mobile
Here are some alternatives
1. Take a screenshot of the picture that you want to upload, it will look great but the picture will be quite small and low-res
or
2. upload it ot G+ and let G+ fix it for you
