Facebook account disabled

I'm sorry to post it here, but i couldn't find any other place to do so. I used my facebook account to log in to the forums since I discovered it and have been using it for months. But today, when I tried to login with facebook, I told me that account is disabled and I need to contact my administrator. I have no idea of how to contact an admin or which one. Can someone help me plz?

Please try to log into your Facebook account via a PC and if you get the same error message then unfortunately this is likely to be an issue with your actual Facebook account and not the phone itself.

actually, i got this error for first time when I was on PC, then I checked on mobile, got same error. also I haven't made any change to my fb account, so I have no idea what caused it.
