extremely slow battery charging and drains fast

my phone battery chrges very slowly since yesterday.it take more than 7,8 hours to recharge and battery drains very fast. I

1.reset the phone

2.checked for emi null error

3.checked the data cable 

but i was unable to solve this problem.please help

this problem happend without doing upgrading software version & I didn't do any special things on phone

This could be due to an app, software glitch or even a hardware problem. Lets try to find out.

Did you do a factory data reset ? In which every app was uninstalled and you started afresh ?

If yes, then go for a complete software repair using PC Companion ( Method given below)

If it was just a settings reset, then go to settings >  battery usage > take screenshot of all the apps using battery and post them here.

PC Companion repair > 

Update / Repair your phone via PC Companion

Download PC Companion and install it. Do not connect your phone until you're asked to do so.

Launch PC Companion > Start Support zone > Start Phone/ Tablet Software update > select Repair my Phone / Tablet > Follow the on-screen instructions it shows.
