External Speaker Problem during Phone Calls

Hello everyone,
I'm having this speaker problem on my z1 whenever I turn on the speaker during phone calls. I can hear so many noise and scratching sounds and loud voices which are not from the caller. The caller can also hear his/her voice echoing twice whenever I turn on my speaker. I had this same problem on my first z1, so I went to service center and they earned me brand new xperia z1. So this is my 2nd z1 and having same problem. Service center also isnt able to do anything. So can you guys please help me?

There could be a number of reasons for this. Do you have the phone in a case and are you using the loudspeaker in an environment that has a lot of background noise?

Seriously nope. I use my Z1 uncovered Coz this purple color is amazing. Here is my latest encounter, I bought magnetic charger dock and recharge my Z1, I found out the speaker is just fine and it becomes normal, no more noisy sounds nor electric noise. I have no idea how it goes and I'm not sure when this speaker problem will come again.

While callin. The person get background noise more then my voice.but when i close the speaker with my hand titely noise reduce n get clear voice......

Sony made z1 as Worst of sony worst for us...
thatway they made z2 with some improvement.

Sony make a mistake in z1 by placing speaker n mic at same place...
