I bought a z3 compact over a month ago and today the external buttons dont work... i had to call myself to unblock the screen and activate the double tap unblocking so i can use the phone. Everything works fine, the touch screen, receiving calls, browsing etc. The problem is only with the power, volume and camera buttons...
Has anyone had the same problem? how can i fix this... The phone has never been in contact with water, or fell... it just stopped working.
