Experia z2 won't remote play

Just got this phone and I went to get the ps4 remote play app it wouldn't show up. I found a link to the app from a website and it said my device wasn't compatible

It could be it did come preloaded with a bunch of bell apps

1. contact bell and ask them when are they going to release 4.4.4 or 5.0.2

or

2. manually flash your phone
