experia z camera problems

Please help if been my experia camera is not working i can open it but if i press the button to

take a picture the phone freezes

I did a factory reset and did a new update please if some one now what ells there is i can do

Unfortunately given the problem and what you have tired up to this point I can only advise getting the phone through to an authorised repair agent.
