Experia T lt30a stuck at lock screen

Hello everyone after i lock my screen after a few times my lock screen is getting frozen i cant tap anyting and enter my phone my version is 4.3 jelly bean what do i do to fix this? anyone can help? i got Experia T lt30a

Press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds then try again

Have you tried holding volume up and power buttons at the same time untill you feel 3 vibration not one as three will come soon after, You may also wish consider a system repair but this will factory reset and erase all data on your phone

I agree with thommo if nothing work just either try to boot on safe mode or repair the phone with PCC

Hi King2003,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try using this guide.

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.
Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps
