I have a problem about my xperia s ,my phone activate the function for blind and every time I use the buttons its says what I touched and other functions are block I can't scroll down and /or pecan someone help me ?
You can turn this off under Settings -> Accessibility in the phone. To select an option you need to tap it twice. To scroll you need to use two fingers.
