experia p getting hot

hi friends

         my experia p is getting so hot. i just watch vedio or use android for just 3 min it will become so hot that i cant even hold it. plz help me. is there any thing i could do about this?

My phone gets hot while charging but not while gaming, i guess it gets hot but not too hot. you should bring it to sony service center like nolramlb said, so they can check your phone.
